Join Pre-launch events of upcoming Innovator Seed Fund (ISF) to learn how you can win up to $35,000 in funding, business incubation services, and investor connections!

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) is launching the Innovator Seed Fund (ISF) to accelerate the economic engine of the country through entrepreneurship. ISF is a competitive grant fund that will provide:

• ​Up to $35,000 in grant-based seed funding to promising early-stage startups.
• A complete suite of incubation & post-incubation services to the startups through university Business Incubation Centers across Pakistan.
• Investor showcasing and funding connections.

Starting in October 2021, ISF will award grants to 15 startups annually, with a significant proportion of grants to be awarded to female founders. Further details on the fund are available here.
