About Resource Person:

Dr. Morris is the partner in GLM Engineering COOP, Puerto Rico, USA. He is an internationally recognized expert in water resources and sediment management with experience in 30 countries. He authored the Reservoir Sedimentation Handbook plus numerous research papers and book chapters. Currently, he is working for sediment management study of Warsak Dam. In past he has also completed sediment studies for Tarbela dam and provided services to Pakistan as technical expert in the litigation against India at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague, Netherlands.
