Dr. Muhammad Kaleem Sarwar, a highly accomplished and respected professional in the field of Civil Engineering. With a PhD in Civil Engineering from the prestigious University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore in 2019, and a M.Sc. degee in Hydropower Engineering from CEWRE UET, Lahore in 2004, Dr. Muhammad Kaleem Sarwar possesses a profound knowledge and expertise in his field. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at the esteemed Centre of Excellence in Water Resource Engineering, University of Engineering & Technology Lahore, he has established himself as a distinguished academic and researcher. His professional journey includes notable roles as a Site Engineer at the Dual Carriageway Islamabad-Murry Project and the Ufone GSM Project, further enhancing his practical experience. Holding the title of Professional Engineer from the Pakistan Engineering Council since 2000, Dr. Sarwar exemplifies a commitment to excellence in his profession. His areas of interest encompass Hydraulic Structures, Hydropower Engineering, Physical and Numerical (CFD) Modeling of Hydraulic Structures, and Dam Engineering. Demonstrating his prowess as a researcher, he has successfully led and contributed to various research projects, including the hydraulic investigation and design of entrance profiles for high-head orifice spillways as the Principal Investigator, performance evaluation of multiple aerators installed in series at a high-head overflow spillway as a Co-Principal Investigator, study for shock wave reduction measures on flat slope spillway chutes as the Principal Investigator, and calibration of ADCP as a Co-Principal Investigator.
